We currently ship to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI).

- Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

- Important Information for Pallet & Heavy Deliveries

Because many of our grills are large and heavy, they are shipped via specialist pallet couriers. Please note the following for heavy deliveries:

- Curbside Delivery: For safety and insurance reasons, heavy items are delivered “curbside” only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground using a tail lift, but they cannot carry the grill into your home, through your house, or into your back garden.
- Access: The delivery address must be accessible by a standard delivery truck. If you live on a narrow road or have restricted access, please let us know in the order notes so we can inform the courier.
- Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect the delivery and sign for the goods.

- Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link and the name of the courier (e.g., DPD, An Post, or our freight partner). You can use this link to monitor your delivery’s progress.

- Damaged or Missing Items

We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all orders before dispatch. However, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

- Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note “Damaged on Arrival” when signing the courier’s device.
- Reporting Issues: If your item is damaged, defective, or if parts are missing, please contact us at [Insert Customer Service Email] within [48 hours] of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.

- Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will typically leave a calling card or send an SMS with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the item from a local depot. If an item is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, a re-delivery fee may apply.
