    1. At SmartGrill.ie, we are committed to getting your new grill and accessories to your door quickly and safely. Please review our delivery options, timelines, and terms below.

      1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI).

      1. Order Processing Time
      • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
      • Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
      • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

      1. Important Information for Pallet & Heavy Deliveries

Because many of our grills are large and heavy, they are shipped via specialist pallet couriers. Please note the following for heavy deliveries:

      • Curbside Delivery: For safety and insurance reasons, heavy items are delivered “curbside” only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground using a tail lift, but they cannot carry the grill into your home, through your house, or into your back garden.
      • Access: The delivery address must be accessible by a standard delivery truck. If you live on a narrow road or have restricted access, please let us know in the order notes so we can inform the courier.
      • Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect the delivery and sign for the goods.
      1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email containing a tracking link and the name of the courier (e.g., DPD, An Post, or our freight partner). You can use this link to monitor your delivery’s progress.

      1. Damaged or Missing Items

We thoroughly inspect and carefully pack all orders before dispatch. However, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

      • Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note “Damaged on Arrival” when signing the courier’s device.
      • Reporting Issues: If your item is damaged, defective, or if parts are missing, please contact us at [Insert Customer Service Email] within [48 hours] of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.
      1. Failed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will typically leave a calling card or send an SMS with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the item from a local depot. If an item is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, a re-delivery fee may apply.
